At Simply Floored, we understand that choosing a carpet is a big decision. With our “You’ll Love It or We’ll Replace It” guarantee, which applies to most Bliss carpets offered by Simply Floored in Atlanta, purchasing a Bliss carpet just got a whole lot simpler. If you’re not satisfied with your Bliss carpet for any reason, Simply Floored will replace your carpet NO QUESTIONS ASKED. We want you to feel confident and LOVE your new carpet…so if it doesn’t match your furnishings perfectly, the color’s a little off, or it just doesn’t look the way you thought it would, you just pick up the phone and give us a call.
As long as you request replacement within thirty (30) days of installation of the original carpet, Simply Floored will replace the carpet with another Bliss carpet of comparable value. However, the customer will be responsible for covering labor costs, which will be charged at a significantly reduced rate of $.34 per square foot ($3 per square yard). This charge will cover all labor required to replace the carpet, including on-site preparation, removal of the existing carpet, handling, disposal of existing carpet, installation, sundries and moving furniture. This guarantee applies only to the original carpet purchased.

Remember, regardless of the warranty, all spots and stains require immediate attention. Even with a Limited Lifetime Stain Warranty, the longer you wait to clean up a stain, the greater the risk of the spot becoming permanent.
