Yes, but not everyone does it. The vast majority of flooring products sold each year are comprised of cheaper, lesser quality flooring. Why? Because it’s easier to sell on price than to explain why a quality product is better than the cheaper alternative. Most consumers know very little about the differences between products, so sales people can get away with knowing very little themselves.
At Simply Floored, that doesn’t work because we really intend to stand behind your project and we can’t do that if we sell inferior (but less expensive) products. Our Design Consultants receive extensive training in product knowledge and installation methods, so they understand the differences in products and can explain it to you.
BROAD SELECTION
