Once we had made our selection, the installation process was fast. Our floors were installed that weekend. The crew who came to place the floors was punctual and professional. I am quite pleased with the laminate flooring recently installed in my kitchen and powder room.
The workers arrived with the two-hour window promised, were knowledgable and responsive to my questions about the product, and seemed well-skilled in its installation.
Although I'm hopeful that I will not need to replace flooring in the future, I would again contact Simply Floored.

I just had 1100 sf hardwood installed including a stair case. In addition, I had approx 100sf in vinyl and luxury vinyl tile installed by Simply Floored. I was a flooring specialist for eight years in TN and NC before moving to GA. I must say that I am extremely pleased with the products (Mannington) and services I received from Simply Floored.
The Design Consultant was knowledgeable of their product line and measured my job with minimal waste. Both installers were true professionals that exceeded my expectations. The vinyl installer provided the underlayment needed, at no additional charge, to ensure the installation was in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Also, the hardwood installer put screws in my plywood sub floor virtually eliminating all squeaks. And the stairs . . . they went above and beyond by tearing down the existing stairs leaving only the stringers before completely rebuilding them with stained treads and white risers.
Furthermore, the financing offered by Simply Floored (no interest for three years) is the best I have ever seen in the flooring industry. This service makes quality flooring available to almost everyone, thus, making it possible for me to put hardwood on my stairs. As a former flooring specialist, I highly recommend Simply Floored.

Jon/Sales did a great job explaining terms, explaining the process, assisting in selection of materials and your installation crew, Ryan, Robert and Eric were top-notch! Not only did they do a GREAT job on the installation of the floor (it looks gorgeous! It looks like I have a whole new house), but they also cleaned and put my home back in order - better than it was before they came.
Robert noticed that my couch leg was broken (it had been broken for a year) and didn't leave until he fixed it; even after working 9 hours to install my floor.
They all went "the extra mile" for me as a customer and I truly appreciate it. Customer service is key in any business and it appears you have a great team!

The specialist went over all the grades of carpeting and hardwood that would suit our home. The next day we received a call from Simply Floored to go over our entire order. We were kept informed during the entire process.
When the carpeting came in, the installation was great. The installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. I ask one of the installers, how long he had been installing carpeting. He had more than thirty (30) years experience. The day after the installation of our carpeting Simply Floored called to ask how we felt the installation of the carpeting went.

“My husband found Simply Floored one day while surfing the net. We have always wanted to get the floors re-done in our home but could never find a company that had what we were looking for.
A few months back, we decided to give Simply Floored a call and set up an appointment for a free estimate.
The sales rep, Marlin Heard, came out and showed us some samples. We told him what we thought we were looking for and he found the PERFECT hardwood floor for our home.
Marlin was EXTREMELY helpful and even took time to show us some porcelain tile samples for our kitchen. We immediately put in our order for the hardwood floors and told him that we’d DEFINITELY be calling at a later date to do the tile.
Simply Floored customer service reps kept us posted on when the flooring would be in. They called and set up an installation date. The installers showed up on time and IMMEDIATELY got to work.
One of the rooms we were having done is my Mother In Law’s bedroom. To keep from inconveniencing her, the installers promised us that the job would be done in one day. And it was!!! Our floor is GORGEOUS!!! I’ve been calling all of our friends and neighbors to come and see it.
I am totally looking forward to having the kitchen tile done soon. I can’t thank Marlin and Brent enough for all they did for us during this transaction.
